We accept personal checks, money orders and credit cards via PayPal. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account.

All amounts are in US dollars. Orders paid by personal check will be held until the check clears. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks. Make Money Orders/personal checks payable to: Michelle Aarnes

Should you encounter problems while completing your order, please check to ensure that your computer is set to accept "cookies". 

Most jewelry items and personalized items generally require 3-5 days, at most 5-7 days. We will try to accommodate all rush orders. You may request expedited shipping methods at any time for an additional charge.

Shipping Methods

All items are sent via USPS Priority Mail ($5.25). Other options are available at checkout (including International (including Canada) and Overnight). You choose your shipping method. A tracking number will be provided once your item(s) ship.

If you would like to have your item shipped via USPS 1st class mail ($2.00), please let us know and we can invoice you separately as this is a less expensive option (great for the note cards and calling cards, especially).

As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns as these are personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned. If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect, with either a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please communicate any special requests to us at the time of your order.
