Jewelry Information and Sizing
To avoid resizing charges it is very important to measure before ordering.
Custom bracelets take just as long to string the first time as they do
the second time. If measuring is not an option, please keep in mind we
do charge to restring your bracelet.
All our bracelets are measured from end to end including the clasp.
Please read the following carefully. If you follow our guidelines you
will receive a nice fitting bracelet with a little bit of movement and
room.
MEASURING YOUR WRIST
To determine the bracelet size you need, measure wrist with a soft
flexible measuring tape and add 1/2 inch. If you do not have a
measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length
then measure with a ruler.
GUIDELINES FOR CHILDREN'S BRACELETS
These are general sizes and don`t apply to every child. When possible,
please measure your child`s wrist and add 1/2" to the measurement for a
more accurate size.
0-6 months: 4.0"
6-12 months: 4.5"
1yr - 2yrs: 5 1/4"
2yrs - 4yrs: 5.5"
4 yrs - 6 yrs: 6.0"
6 yrs and up: 6.5"
If the bracelet size you require is larger than 6 1/2", additional fees will apply (typically $10 per bracelet).
Women are typically 7 - 8 inches. We will gladly size your bracelet
to any length required. If your bracelet is over 8 inches in length, an
additional $5 fee will apply.
All measurements are approximate. Due to bead sizes, amount of letters
used and making the bracelet aesthetically even, when making your
bracelet we may be off by 1/8 to 1/4 inch but we will make every effort
possible to get your exact measurement. We will always make sure that
if we are off, we will make it a little bigger than smaller.
